Permits are special NFTs minted by consuming CLOUT a special currency earned passively by owning Land

Land owners will earn CLOUT in the measure of 1 unit of CLOUT every hour

by burning CLOUT Regents can create special NFTS

• Prospecting permit

• Building permit

• War Declaration

to build or mine in Central you do not need a Permit, you only need the Land Owner's permission

a Prospecting Permit will allow you to mine in Protected area that is owned

Building Permit will allow you to build in Protected area

War Declaration will allow you to start a War. After 10 days of issuing a WarDec the two player factions can attack each other's Citadels and Land Structures

when a Land Structure is attacked and the initial defenses destroyed the defendant has 24 hours to rally and save it
